All estimates provided by ViewPoint Moreno Valley Sunrooms are based on the information available at the time of the estimate and are subject to change. An estimate is not a final contract or binding agreement. Final pricing is determined in a written contract signed by both parties.
Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change due to material cost fluctuations, unforeseen site conditions, or changes in project scope requested by the customer.
All work performed by ViewPoint Moreno Valley Sunrooms is governed by a written contract signed by both the customer and an authorized representative of our company. The contract will specify the scope of work, materials to be used, project timeline, payment terms, and other relevant details.
Changes to the scope of work must be documented in writing and approved by both parties before the additional work is performed.
We will make reasonable efforts to begin and complete work within the timeframe specified in the contract. However, project timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather, permit delays, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply if materials have already been ordered or work has already begun.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that any homeowners association (HOA) approvals are obtained before work begins, unless otherwise agreed in the contract.
We stand behind the quality of our work and materials. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in the project contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials and equipment apply as specified by the manufacturer.
Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, acts of nature, or modifications made by parties other than ViewPoint Moreno Valley Sunrooms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ViewPoint Moreno Valley Sunrooms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services or the use of our website. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ViewPoint Moreno Valley Sunrooms, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our website or services, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
